
Company Representatives will join an established sales team
and will work closely on the ground with our team of business managers. Our
staff in this role find the regular training and team meetings motivational and
adds to their skill levels.
Everyone attends our 2-day induction course, which is
preceded by pre course study. Your level of knowledge coming into this role
will determine the pace your wish to learn at and our courses are designed to
adapt to individual needs.
The earnings potential is significant and you will find the
rewards are directly linked to the time and activity the advisor commits to his
business. It is not necessary to hold any professional qualifications to advise
in this grade but we encourage our advisors to commit to their own personal
development by studying for these qualifications.
The number of companies operating in the retail financial
services sector has reduced dramatically over the past decade. One of the
